After getting started as a pop-up at Smorgasburg, Paper Plate is on a mission to spread their love of burgers, fries, and shakes to the people of Queens. Paper Plate focuses on just three simple items to put out a perfect product every single time.

Essex Squeeze

Essex squeeze is a juice counter that offers freshly squeezed juices, smoothies, nutrient-packed toasts, juice shots, and acai bowls. It was founded with the mission to offer healthier options to their community at an affordable price, and to inspire younger generations to embrace a healthy lifestyle.

Sushi Nikko

An intimate omakase-style sushi counter and restaurant where menu items are handmade by talented chefs.

Bobwhite Counter

Bobwhite Counter’s roots began on the Lower East side of Manhattan in 2012. All-natural chicken that is brined daily, is served with a proprietary blend of spices that has been perfected over the years. Dishes are accompanied by homemade dipping sauces and delicious sides and desserts.
